"Warranty Help Was Way More Frustrating Than It Should’ve Been"
I tried to use the warranty, it kind of went nowhere. I had set aside time to deal with it on a weekday afternoon, which I already don’t love doing, and then the replies were super slow and unclear. I wasn’t sure what they actually needed from me, and every time I thought I was getting somewhere, I’d get passed to someone else. For something that should’ve been simple, it turned into a frustrating back-and-forth. If this is what the warranty support is like, I probably wouldn’t buy from them again...

"Really wanted to stick with them, but checkout was a mess"
I’ve always liked this brand and wanted to keep ordering from them, but the checkout process was so frustrating. It kept freezing, and my card got declined twice even though I use it all the time with no issues. I had to start the whole order over, and after a while I just gave up and bought from somewhere else. Disappointing because I actually wanted to stay loyal.

"Return process was frustrating"
I ordered from STC USA but ended up needing to return it because it didn’t really fit my setup. I’m sure I followed the process correctly, but the return steps weren’t clear at all. I kept having to check emails and piece together what I was supposed to do next. Support eventually replied, but it took longer than I expected, and it kind of felt like the whole process was made harder than it needed to be. I’m still waiting on my refund, which seems like it’s taking longer than it should. Maybe this isn’t everyone’s experience, but I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Parts showed available but weren’t"
I tried ordering from here twice, I think once around late March or maybe early April, and then again a couple weeks later, and both times the parts I needed ended up not being available. The site still made it look like they had stuff ready to go, but then nothing was actually ready when I tried to order. Frustrating, honestly.

"I feel like I paid way more than…"
I feel like I paid way more than this was worth. Like, I don’t mind spending money if the quality or service matches the price, but this just didn’t. It’s frustrating because you expect at least some value when you’re charged that much, and instead I walked away feeling kind of ripped off. Not worth it in my opinion.

I wouldn’t recommend it. Support took way too long to get back to me, and the service just didn’t feel dependable. Come on now, if I’m paying for something, I at least expect it to work consistently.

I was just trying to do a simple exchange, but it ended up taking way longer than it should have. My sister even helped me go through the emails because the steps weren’t very clear, and I still had to explain the same issue more than once. The product itself wasn’t the worst, but the whole exchange process was frustrating enough that I probably won’t order again.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from here and ended up waiting forever for it to show up. What made it more frustrating was that every time I reached out, I seemed to get a different answer about where my order was or when it would arrive. It just felt messy and unreliable. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

The promos looked good at first, but once I got to checkout, the savings were barely noticeable. I was expecting a bigger discount based on how it was advertised. Curious if anyone else had the same experience or if I just picked the wrong items?

"Confusing site and not much help"
I tried using STC USA and it wasn’t a great experience. Some of the pages were slow to load, and the menu felt confusing. I had to click around way too much just to find basic information. I also got the feeling that nobody really read my message or paid attention to what I was trying to do. The site works, but it could definitely be simpler and easier to navigate...

"Latest order didn’t match the listing"
I ordered this based on the product description, but when it showed up, it really didn’t match what was advertised. The specs were off, and the photos made it look different than it actually was. Maybe I just got unlucky, but after dealing with the return, it’s hard for me to trust their product pages now. This most recent experience definitely left a bad impression.

"Still not really tracking properly"
I was hoping the tracking would be a lot more accurate by now, but it still doesn’t really feel like it’s working the way it should. I keep checking for updates and there just isn’t much useful info there. That said, maybe I’m just expecting too much or catching it at the wrong times, because the rest of the experience isn’t terrible. I just really wish the tracking was more reliable.

"Disappointed with the quality and the excuses"
I ordered from STC USA the quality was disappointing. It felt cheap right out of the box, and after using it for just a short time, it already wasn’t holding up well. For what I paid, I expected something a lot better. When I looked into it, it felt like everything came back to some policy excuse instead of actually addressing the issue, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I’m not happy with the purchase and I wouldn’t order it again.

"Refund process was frustrating"
I had to follow up with them more than once about my refund, and it still took way longer than it should have. The replies I got were vague and didn’t really explain what was going on, so I felt like I was just going in circles. the whole thing was annoying, and I wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered from stcusa, the experience after the purchase was disappointing. Support was really slow, and I had to keep following up just to get basic updates. Even then, I never got clear help or a proper resolution. At this point, I feel like some kind of compensation would be fair for the hassle. I don’t think I’d use them again
